Tin Soldiers on the market. More history than most supercars, original owner still around, and he actually worked for gm norwood and built the copo with his own hands. Less than 5000 original miles, in day 2 race trim.
Many more details in the for sale section. Rich

Yeah, the Tin Soldier and that 1972 Motion Vette are both really neat supercar survivors!
I'm really looking for a COPO Chevelle or Camaro in original condition (original paint with plenty of patina is fine with me) that I can put a few miles on from time to time. |

Given that I intend to drive it, I'm looking for a survivor that is still relatively intact and untouched that retains most of its original components, paint and patina. As much as I'd like to find an unrestored supercar that is still in pristine condition, I realize that 40 year old lacquer paint gets cracked, checked, faded and most cars will have some rust. The car does not have to be running, but I intend to get it back to running/driving. My preference is to find a REAL original COPO or dealer converted 427 car (Dana, Yenko, Baldwin, Berger, Harrell, Nickey, or any other dealer, etc.) in any condition. I will also pay a reasonable finders fee for help finding a suitable car. Thanks in advance for your help. I can be reached by phone or text at 403-803-3879 or emailed at </div></div> Doug, I'd like to emphasize that a 1970 Yenko Deuce survivor would be very high on my list... |

If you buy a restored one now and use it, you will have a nice patina car in 15 years like you are looking for. Otherwise, you will still be bumping this post in 2029
