One of my favorite bikes! A couple of good friends had them years ago, I use to make a lot of parts for them, head work, struts..ect..What was the other fast Kaw, H2? These were &quot;the&quot; bikes years ago.

Wow on the values w/ some bikes of late and yep the H2 was the Kawi 750 triple two-stroker also H1 the 500.
I still have my old S3 400 triple also rode and almost bought the 750 once but may not be here today if I had?
Cool seeing bikes here as I've had/still have a few, the Kawi S3, a '65 Honda Cub, '70 Bultaco 360...&amp; the Whizzer.

I remember when a good H1 was $2k...I sold a basket case H1 to a guy in Japan for $1600 last year! Insane.

The Kawy Z1 was the sickest acceleration rush I ever had as a kid, never came close to its limits and it still scared the S.., out of me on the Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway

Bought one like this in 70, I put a Vetter fairing on it, man what a difference that made. State of the art in early 70's. I think it made close to 70 hp now they are running 200 &amp; up, (scary fast)

Kinda qualified here since it is a 69 and they were the original superbike/musclebike. The first run of them were hand assembled and had sand cast motors. Later ones had die cast motors and were assembly line built. Both types were sold in 1969.

How many here have owned/ridden an old CB750 SOHC? </div></div>

I own both a 1975 CB750K and a 1976 CB750K Honda and they are both have the SOHC engine. I have owned motorcyles since 1966 and I love that era of Japanese bike because at the time they had the looks, performance, handling and reliability that other bikes of that era did not.

I have several other Japanese 70s muscle bikes and I always enjoy throwing a leg over one of the 750 Hondas and going for a ride. Old memories are hard to forget.
