Above steering wheel is coming out, black Mooneyes steering wheel going in. Rims are Torq Thrust D's, Towel City Cheater slicks in rear, Firestone F70-15 Wide Oval Radial in front. I'm trying to build the car to look like a 55 Chevy Hot Rod that someone built in the 60's or 70's, old school is key with this car...My son and I have wanted to do this for a long time and when this car showed up on Craigslist 18 months ago I knew this was the car I wanted.

Wow, you've already done a fair amount of metal work to repair rust. Looks like a nice job of preserving the patina appearance after the repairs.
Did you do the mural work on the trunk lid ?

I had a guy in my area do the metal flake paint....he has only done small things like motorcycle gas tanks and fenders , mailboxes, stuff like that....Originally I wanted most of the car done like "Counts 55" but I decided just the decklid. Heres Counts 55 Chevy
