Cool vintage photo, it's a GO car! Blue Charcoal maybe? That white pinstripe looks rather thick.

Hi Grant,

Yup, a GO car.

Good point that it may be Blue Charcoal.
Was that the color of your ‘66 A.I.R. car you owned decades ago?

I noticed that thick stripe also.

Hi Bill.... It was a pretty neat car that a good friend of mine bought from the original owner around 1992 in San Francisco. It had all of the original purchase paperwork too. The only issue is that it had a poorly replaced left rear quarter at some point from a LeMans.

1966 GTO with the WV (A.I.R.) engine = 1550 produced.

That 60 year old rare car deserves to have a GTO quarter panel installed correctly with paint and white pinstripe.

Smoggers on the receipt, hilarious.

Chris.... as you may recall, I tried to find the car again when I began seeking a '66 GTO back in early 2019, but I had no luck. I hope it's still out there and and intact.

Code "T" on the POP reflects the 3.36 rear axle code for metallic brakes only.

----Love the no radio part. The smog set-up appears very close to a 67 California delivered 1967 Olds 442 that I had. what a nightmare trying to find the few missing parts that weren't in the trunk when delivered to me....Bill S
