Part of me thinks that COPOs must have been more well known than some folks think. When I found out that 2 were ordered and shipped to my small hometown dealership in nowhere Texas, I was floored. I never would have imagined that.

I just reread every post on this awesome COPO..As someone who did the day two on a HO 69 Z28 with a flat hood, a Black 69 Z28 and a FG L78 70 Nova I do not know if my cars were that nice when they were new! Great job!

I know I probably sound like a broken record, but your builds are really the template by which others can follow. Amazing work. I love looking back through this build once in a while especially.
One question for you. I noticed the nice wedges you used for the Lakewood bars. Did you source, fabricate them or were they part of the original kit? I finally repainted and installed a set of traction bars on my 69 and I need to install some wedges. I don't like the ones that are available main stream. I really would rather have a set that go the full width of the mount and are held in with the j bolts etc like you have. Thanks.

Wedges
Just disassembled my TB's from 1971. These are the wedges that were in mine.
