Thanks for all the positive comments, they often literally make me get up and do something. No matter how small, to progress in some way some how each day or each week.
Audi is not in my driveway:-) Splatter paint they used matches the original quite well, not as beautiful as the 999 crowd that have custom process’ but wow compared to the way the trunk looked to now makes me a happy guy!!! Trunk is dusty so pictures are not great. Wihirlwind trip tomorrow to pick up a whack of stuff :-) Ryan W31 PS: from the windshield to the back bumper should be black by months end and back on the frame!!!!!!!!!

Sorry for the short pause in posting.
Life is good, I have done a few small items and have a body goes on the frame date later this month. (I lots my spot in the que at the restoration shop but move to the paint man shortly) I received a lovely note from the Stager’s that they have firmed up flights, hotel, etc etc. They are all in!!! Nick Morocco built another shifter for me, as I gathered all the original style parts and want to go back to OG :-) Ryan
