My pleasure Joe.
Joe mentioned that the door was left ajar, so don't think he's playing with aeordymanics.....

If you have any pics that you want to share Joe, just send them and I'll do the same thing.

What the hell is with you guys??????? Senator what's his name and a beat up nova get more attention then an ORIGINAL OWNER MOTION PHASE III CAR that's finally out and on the road after 13 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????
I'm sorry for the hot poker guys, but I just don't understand it! Joe is one of those "salt of the earth" guys who bought that magnificent car when he was barely out of his teens, and STILL OWNS it!!!!! Why can't more people realize how special that is??? Maybe I'm just on a different plane, because I still own the car I bought when I was 17. I guess it's a feeling that only a very few can relate to.

And I apologize to Joe for calling attention to him without him knowing. This rant is none of his doing. It's just me being me.

Would someone kindly post a list of every original owner of a MOTION car who STILL owns the car???? Think about that for a bit, and maybe my point will sink in a little. Joe is a laid back kind of guy who never draws attention to himself, but I happen to believe attention is due. He's not some jerk who hacked up the car and threw it away. He's spent untold time and effort to bring that car back to the way it was when he took delivery from Joel Rosen. and if I know Joe, he'll own it every day he's alive! Stop and think about this..................EVERY DAY of the history of his car is known. That might take a little time to really sink in.

Verne
Sorry Joe, I just HAD to to do this..... Please don't be upset with me. You and your Chevelle deserve a special place in Supercar history as far as I'm concerned, but then, who the H am I??

VERNE !!! Maybe people haven't commented on it because they didn't bother to check a thread about Groundhogs. I finally read the thread after I was told about your angry post.

It's a awsome car and I hope it is getting dusted off in order to come to the reunion.

Way to go Verne! If we didn't know you better we'd think you were really mad! (Let's just say you're passionate about these cars! Not a thing wrong with that. )

I gotta agree, an Original Owner B/M P3 Chevelle deserves a Helluva lot more attention than Kerry and that Groundhog everyone talks about. I can only think of one thing better than a full blown feature on this car; and that would be seeing (and hearing) it in person at SCR X!

Thanks for keeping a piece of history alive and well Joe. I'm a BIG fan of Burnished Brown.

It hadn't sunk-in until I read Verne's post. You're right to be exasperated Verne, I would MUCH rather drool over cars such as Joe's Chevelle than talk politics. Now it's time for a few burnout photos, huh Joe???

You could have said that the massive torque of the big block popped the passenger door ajar! My buddy's '67 BB (LS-7) Camaro used to pop the pass door routinely on hard launches and second-gear shifts. Got my attention the first time it did that! (Glove box door would flop open too.)
