Very nice. Good docs too. Surprised it hasn't gone higher with so little time left. I need educated. Weren't all cars required to have head restraints for the '69 model year?

Pre January 1969 Built vehicles could get Head Restraint Delete.
For 1969,only 774 Chevelles were built without them as well as 4432 Impalas too. A $16.90 credit, known as RPO AR-1 Less Head Restraint. After January 1st,all vehicles were mandated to have them. |

My point wrt headrests is, that according to seller the Sales Invoice has head restraints as an OPTION for $16.90. So, was this was an extra cost item early in the year?

Sam, Sorry, I understand now. I thought maybe you didn't think it had them as they are raised up in the picture. Not sure if it was a credit of $16.90 as mr70 indicated or a $16.90 option as seller stated. I bet there are some members here who know though and hopefully will chime in.. Dana
