He acts like if you throw a new bowl on the carb and hook it up this thing is going to fire right up and cruise down the road...

Got an Idea here...How about we get 10 or so members of this site (Yenko.Net) and pick this car up. We each flip 5 grand or so and get it restored. Maybe get a magazine involved and document it. Then bring it to the SCR shows. We could also do others like it. Be pretty cool if we could save some nice cars, wouldnt cost that much per person and we would eventually create a known collection worth a few bucks..Anyone interested in this? I would be in...

Usually if they were "just parked" it's because they were blown up, or had other serious issues.It's saveable, but it would be extensive, and expensive. Better buy more wire for the welder Darrin.
