Hey Thanks everyone, Woow, great info. I'm suprised to hear there were so many diffen't grinds! I just love hearing about the good old days! I wish i could have expereanced the hey days but i'm only 34! Does anyone know who was the camshaft grinder motion used? Crane? General Kinetics? ETC... just wondering!
Thanks again everyone! ...One more question if i may, is there a motion car reunion anywhere?

Re: J-Grind Cam
[ QUOTE ]
I looked through a few things I have.. I think the "J" grind might have been the .625-626 lift cam. I have an article on a wildass '68 Motion SS427 L88 Chevelle and it saids it had the "J" cam but didn't list any specs. The "C" grind was .610 lift and is in the Ko-Motion Vette. Thats all I found but I only looked quick. [/ QUOTE ] I have an article from CARS 1972 that says the full comp. cam for the ZLX was a CHI .625 lift. Mark |
