I vote for option C. Rally Wheels and Wide Tread GTs.

[/ QUOTE ] Just put a set of repro F70's on the front Goodyear (RWL) and a vintage almost NOS set of L60 Goodyear GT's (RWL) on the rear. Mounted them on rally wheels. Joe they look great. Good idea you had!

Hey come on! I want a set of wheels that will look good when I am blasting the Yes Album out the windows.

Both look good Darren, but if you go with the Cragars, you need to turn the white letters in and show the blackwalls

Oh boy, It's all going down hill now.

Joe the rallys aren't going anywhere. Just wanted to do something different. Plus I think a set of mags will look nice doing down the track.

[/ QUOTE ]

I agree a set of torq thrust mags would look cool, but not a set of "out of the box" ones from Summit Racing. Find a set of vintage 5 spokes with the "old school" spoke and lip design, and forget the BFG's. Bias-ply is the only way to fly!

True but those are pretty hard to find. I wanted them and could not find any good one worth trying to restore. Maybe i was looking in the wrong places. I bought the new American racing ones. They still look good!

Darren dare to be even more different! Get some Ansen Slots!

Yeah, Yeah I know that is too radical for most here. If I were gonna choose between the two I would say for sure go with the Cragers. I would bet that more cars actually ran with them back in the day vs. the TT's.

Oh yeah!! Joey is right.....DO NOT put them BFG's back on that car if you are doin' a wheel swap!

Frankie would put Cragars on his wife's Camry if they made the proper adapters.
