Those types of valve covers can be bought today, in both small and big variations. As per the chrome/black Motion emblem, an original is very, very rare, as is a Harrell, Nickey and even some what, the Yenko. But most, if not all, including the Motion emblem is/has been reproduced, and, the Motion repop emblem most resembles the real thing. Of course, this person DID NOT have permission to do so.

www.speedwaymotors.com has them (without any emblems of course) for $99.95 in thier catalogs. the B/B peices are PN# 910-17033 and the S/B pieces are 910-17015 for $69.95

Who manufactured or sold the aluminum valve covers that were used on Motion cars? Ansen, CP products, etc. Did Motion offer other makes of valve covers throughout the years?
