I missed posting last year, so I thought I'd resurrect this thread for this year.

A little too hectic around here to post last night; but it was a small two bone prime rib for us this year.

Cheers Friends, and all the best in 2025 from our family to yours!
Anthony

My gourmet cook wife whipped up some châteaubriand for the two of us. Lobster macaroni and cheese and twice baked potato’s rounded everything off. I should weigh 300 pounds with the way she cooks.

My new ritual has been to hit the best local prime rib and French onion soup restaurant in San Diego by 6pm, and get home to avoid the idiots on the roads.

You guys are incredibly hoity toity (sp??).

I cut up some gouda cheese, dropped the chunks on some thick round tortilla chips, sprinkled with garlic salt and black pepper and nuked it for 40 seconds.

Feel like Larry the Cable Guy.

I'm with ya there, Bill. I'd love to spend Christmas and New Years in the Keys....and stay until May...

Oh and the best Key Lime Pie IS in the Keys, for after the crab claws.
