Fellow Detroiters- WRIF TURNS 50
To say that The Riff was anti-disco would be an understatement.....These guys were playing stuff you didn't / couldn't hear anywhere...
What a great time for hearing what your "host" wanted to play...Long ago times it seems...I just saw that WRIF has a series of podcasts talking about their History...Remember Dick the Bruiser...AKA George Baier.... Good Times!
