Finally all figured out, went to Crane corvette web site.
My Valve covers match these 1968-1969 Chevelle and 1968-1969 Corvette After January 1968 into 1969. See photos. Thank you guys for helping out.

69 chevelle, Impala was painted i pretty sure on that. I had a 69 impala conv 427 car. Thought they were painted
