For my education, what are boxes 95/96 on the build sheet referencing, "Decals and Hood"?

Note there is a - in box 96 (Decal) which designate not optioned/ available. For example box 86 (Tach) also has a - and that was not ordered.

That interior would really go great with a white Z/28, black graphics with no vinyl roof.

Sorry for confusing the topic with the addition of my 1973 Type LT Z28, I was comparing the subject car to mine.

Regarding the side molding, my car was ordered with the B84 Side Molding option and came from the factory that way. Although I don’t really like them, I will leave them on so I don’t disturb the original paint and originality of the car; I agree they are ugly.
