I called the very pleasant but unknowlegable seller.................
I informed him that trim tag has 713 Interior Blk with White Accents, Custom Cloth (C/C) yet car has 725 Black Custom Cloth Front and 711 Standard Black Back Seat......... He has no idea how/why this got changed ?????? Buying correct 713 Cloth and having sewn/installed might cost $1250 ????? He thinks block was decked with no FLINT mfg code VxxxxCTB He was not aware of Norwood stamping VIN # on Bellhousing Flange and Muncie Case, nor was he aware of 12 Bolt Stampings I have his email and may send him pics of above points where to look. COPO spoiler could be accurate with 04D build date............ Master Cyl Changed to aftermarket (should be 409 casting with bleeders) Need to know about born with eng & trans to conclude possible value

The seller of the Z28 is a casual friend of mine and I am somewhat familiar with the car. I also have a 70 Z28 so we have discussed them whenever we run into each other; in fact I am supposed to go to the Long Beach Grand Prix with him next weekend. He is a very accomplished vintage racer and has a 3rd Gen Camaro Trans Am car that he runs, so that's why the ad reads like he is selling a race car, and not a vintage car. I was going to suggest he rewrite it to highlight more of the car's originality, than the alignment specs. I believe the car was sold by Jon During Chevrolet in Coronado, Ca., a now defunct dealership. If anybody was interested, I could help facilitate getting specifics on the car but the seller is a solid guy, he just doesn't know the cars in and out. Chris

"Front alignment 3.5 caster, .5 camber, 1/16 toe in
1970 was the only year with 12 bolt rear end installed in performance 2nd gens, low-back style seat & headrest, header panel had a Chrome "C" on it, emblem used on trunk was "Camaro by Chevrolet", side marker lights did not blink with the signals..." People with severe OCD are people you want to buy cars from
