Yes, it was indeed a Corvette LT1, I saw it on the engine stand in CT - even told the guy the owner/seller that it was the Corvette version, to which he took great offense! [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/dunno.gif[/img] No big deal, it's all good stuff! Car had black stripes on it while in CT, looked pretty stealth. [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/biggthumpup.gif[/img]

I know for a fact that the rear was not original to the car, in fact I think it might have been a '70 CBT rear and there was no transmission at all. The seller stated that the transmission was installed in a van, but nobody seemed to know about said van. [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/dunno.gif[/img]
