The 69 non dropper covers have external differences also.

Yeah, we know that....Lol
I have an NOS set. Holley - M/T from '71 along with
using Harland Sharp Roller Rockers.
Crane Cams back in the mid-late 60's
Contracted with H S to develop there brand of Gold Roller tips. Harland Sharp was the Manf/supplier

As for stock style....I referred to using drippers.for any 302 or suedo eng. for the extra lube.
