Nobody is really crawling under and looking. $600-$700.00 is a lot of coin to spend on parts unseen sometimes. JMO though.

1 is lower radiator support for a '71 '72 chevy pickup. the 1242754 is body mount #7 for the '68 to '72 Chevelle and skylark and is a cushion assembly according to GM parts wiki. Exactly what I was thinking. So how much of a height difference are we talking? None of these sub-frames are 100% true anymore. They are being restored. I haven't seen one sub-frame that didn't have the mounting plate on the sub-frame concaved in some way from a pot hole, rough road or years of bushing neglect. Maybe if it was a very low mile car you may find some good pockets. Did you guys run a straight edge along the top plate where the bushing sits? Both sides the sub-frame and the bottom perches under the car. I bet they aren't true anymore. Just saying......

Thank you for taking the time to figure that out. Much appreciated.

Sam, They are easy to see...every time you close your eyes I bought a complete set of real bushings (incl radiator bushings) and I'm thinking 650 is pretty reasonable (if it incl radiator bushings) Mark

The repro bushings that Ricks sold a few years ago were the correct diameter and thickness with phosphated metal. As stated however they are not exact in appearance.
