I've often wondered what a set of vortec heads would do on a little 302? I like the solid roller cam idea too.

CROWER
I can't speak enough of the customer service and willingness to explain why the cam was designed as it was. Gave Dave Crower full license to do what ever he felt was necessary in the design of a solid roller for a 12.5 302, he asked if we wanted dyno numbers or did we have a car we were working with? We said 69 Z28 muscle car cruising + stop light racing & occasional hammering on the drag strip, we didn't care about vacuum, idle quality, etc. He explained that the more factors we could provide him with the better he could design the cam, he explained that even though use is critical in regards to cam shaft selection the most critical factor is flow numbers on the heads in .100 increments. Could not have been happier with the cam... video of 302 solid Roller running
