Thanks to everyone for the great comments.
It was a very difficult decision to put it up for sale. I have very mixed emotions about how I'll feel when the hammer drops. It will be a bitter sweet moment either way. Twenty five years is a long time to own anything. But, it should take me out of the flipper class. Don
