I was talking with Steve about that yesterday with all the arab members that Mike referenced to. They had messages on the white board too. Yours looks like it's being translated into or from Japanese...

I also received the similar response that napa68 got. It was regarding the NOS mirror I am looking for. He apparently picked one up at Norwood and wants me to email him at at [email protected]

Yeah, his friend, Norwood, had the brackets I was looking for. apparently he/they have read enough about Norwood on here to try to use that as bait.

Scammer question for Steve, when we send a PM to another member here can the scam guys get into- hack into the PM system and read our conversations? I’m not much of a computer guy and was just wondering about this.

Accomplished hackers can get into damn near anything they want, but I don't know that they would find reading our messages all that interesting or profitable...

First I have not heard from any members with this occurring. Mitch hit it on the head, financial gain, trade secrets are big driver for hackers. Our goverment and large corporations with the most secure system get hacked. Ransomware attacks for financial are common place.

I’m guessing he’s concerned about names/addresses/payment information sent through PM.
