This Rallye Red 71 Hemi Cuda is a 4 speed car with 4.10 gears. As you can see by looking at the fender tag this car didn't come with Billboards either. Very few 71 Cuda's came from the factory with Billboards, but a lot of cars have had them added when they were restored. This car was bid to $400K.

Ditto on the thanks!!
Knowing nothing at all about Mopars, seeing all those different fender tag attachments I just have to ask, which is correct - - Neither screw painted body color, both screws black - Neither screw painted body color, both screws plated - Both painted body color - One painted body color and one black (and if so which side is painted and which is black)? - One painted body color and one plated (and if so which side is painted and which is plated)? I think there is at least one of every scenario in those pics!!

Depends on whether it was a two tag car or not. Typically the screw closest to the front of the car should have paint as its first tag was attached during paint and the corner often bent up awaiting paint underneath and the second tag, further out the line. That second tag would often be attached with a paintless screw.
But nothing is consistent with Mopars - nothing.
