Well guys.. As much as I would've enjoyed taking on the "winner" with the '04 GTO.. I won't be bringing it to SCR7. So who wants to take on the winner of the biggest Deuce shootout this nation has ever seen? And what you bringin to the party? I vote for Marks 68 B/M L88 or Dans '73 Phase III Camaro

See, now you are just startin trouble!!

Frankie and I are two amateur drag racers, who will have our hands full with our own cars much less trying to race each other - don't be adding more pressure to us

Hey Marlin; the trophy for the Deuce Duel showed up here a couple days ago that Bud sponsored, so I'll bring it with me to the Reunion. In the way of engraving...does Spotts have 2 "T's"?

Oh no, you don't get a joyride that easily
Frankie and I already agreed that our slow times won't be due to the cars, but rather the drivers. I think we each have a propensity to miss 3rd gear, my knuckles still hurt from my stint at Englishtown Raceway Park

Two T's for me

well Marlin.. if you would like an upper hand.. I'll gladly take you for an educational "shifting" ride in your own car.. lol ....Dude.. Just make sure your linkage is working right with no slop.. That's how a race can be won and lost.. only takes 1 gear man. Same goes for you Frank. I am completely unbiased in this race.. I just wanna be part of the fun and enjoyment. And am looking forward to meeting and hanging with you both. btw Marlin.. we know some of the same people. You probably didn't know that.. but I used to be a very active member in the 1st Chapter NNN at Bushy's in York. I'm sure he remembers me.. It's been a few years though.

Speaking of that, Frank are you also cutting back? You may put a few cattle farmers out of business but at least you may even the odds.
