When dealers changed hands (or names) did they normally keep the same dealer code?
Example: Seltzer Chevrolet (Yukon, OK) was bought out by Alan Merrell around 1971 or so. Seltzer was dealer number 835 in Zone 23. Did Alan Merrell Chevrolet keep the same number? I am still hoping to find dealer 833 in zone 23.
