hey i just saw bruce and ken sitting behind a guy bidding on that monte carlo custom...........and before that colin and charlie on tv as well.......lucky dogs !!!!!

What's the deal with GM cars stating Junk titles, can you have them inspected in your state and have a state VIN# put on them??

GM & B-J are not going to be held responsible for the titles or the cars. Nearly all are "scrap" titles. Some of the cars with the scrap titles have "incomplete VIN numbers", meaning they have an EX (experimental) at the end. Those VIN's are not "complete" and I would imagine they would have to have an assigned VIN from your state.

Thye have made it very clear that neither GM nor B-J will be responsible for what is being sold, they are basically saying you are buying parts
