I'm going to say that's Oxnard AFB in SoCal, now Camarillo Airport. California Air National Guard F-86Ls in the foreground and Air Defense Command F-106s in the background. The 106s were based there and the 86Ls were probably visiting from their home base at Ontario, out near Pomona. c1964.

Looks like the USS Ticonderoga, they lost an A4 with a nuke on it in the sixties and kept it quiet until the eighties.
