Back in the day the place to street race here in Ottawa was Carling Avenue.This Camaro must have been a brute stop light to stop light!

Yes, the original owner was definitely into changing up the wheel and tire combo. The car currently has the same set of Cragars that were in the vintage front 3/4 shot picture.
Bill, it's funny you mention Carling Avenue...we drove past that street on the way to the bank, and he mentioned his parents street racing there back in the day! Small world. The two driveway pics are in front of his parents' old house in Ottawa. I don't know where the other pic on redline tires was taken.... Overall the car isn't too bad in terms of rust, just the usual Camaro problem areas.

The original owner's son is getting pics made of some old slides he found of the car. I feel really fortunate that he has been so helpful in pulling together the history of the car.
Time to start buying metal for this car. Does anyone make a replacement dash with a correct speaker grille? There is quite a bit of rust at the base of the windshield. Thanks!
