Ok...I made some calls and found him today.
His name is Mickey and he can be reached at J&J Speaker Repair Service at 7006 West Diversey in Chicago.
He's two blocks east of Harlem.
He has OEM replacement cones & coils for the Delco 4X6 & 6X9 car speakers.
He is limited on parts since I talked to him last.
He says he charges arond $50.00 a speaker to recone.
Right now his turn around is 2-3 days.
