Default YENKO CLONE MOVIE CAR ON EBAY

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...;category=6172

Another Yenko clone movie car from the movie "The Italian Job" on Ebay. Hollywood keeps making them more famous and valuable. All you Deuce guys, the price of your car is about to go up with the release of this movie.
Thanks,

I believe that is the same car that was for sale last year at Carlisle, PA. Appeared to be a pretty nice quality clone that was priced at $17k on Thursday and I believe sold on Saturday for $15k. Pretty good appreciation for 1 year.

Marlin why the ? I personally don't see the harm with a clone in a year that they didn't even make the particular car and in a color that the car was never made in. No real danger of someone being fooled that the car was real. If a real Deuce was used in a movie and was hurt or destroyed you wouldn't sleep so lighten up! It's actually pretty cool that the Yenko cars have been brought into the main stream with movies like The Italian Job, Fast & the Furious 2, and TV shows like Fastlane. It shows that sites like this have done a good job in creating awareness of these rare cars.

I'm not sure how that car could be called a clone, what is it cloning? A car that was never made?

I watched the guy buy it at Carlisle. I looked it over for a while, saw it again at Super Chevy Maple Grove, and it was down at the Wildwood NJ show, - represented as real at these shows, big surprise. While at our local show 3 weeks ago, I had someone come up and tell me all about this fancy black yenko deuce that was a beautiful yenko, yada yada yada. Just smile and agree

I don't think most Yenko Deuce owners really care about movie exposure and where the values are, but let's not start that subject again!
