Default All Metal Canada Metallic Brake Shoes??

Anybody know anything about these? FMS 280

What size are they? What are they supposed to fit?

280 brake shoe should be 11 x 2, according to FMSI. 280 numbered shoes were commonly used on 60's and early 70's Chevy trucks, but the the same steel backer may work for other applications too.

Did pickups come with metallic brakes shoes from the factory as an option?
