Default Fuel Pump Cosmetic Restoration ?????

GOAT HILL Screwed me on Restoring Two AC/Delco Dated OEM Fuel Pumps, when they did
the Bottom Portion in Clear (Silver) Zinc rather than Yellow Zinc Dichromate.........

I was "thinking" I could find a shade of "Gold" Powder Coat at PRISMATIC Powder
and have the Bottom Metal done this way.............

Any thoughts other than NO ??????

100% Fred Ballard.

Sadly Goathill screwed me also. Nobody should've ever got screwed again by Goathill. Plenty of info here about it....Joe

Only thing about Fred is that it will take a long time if you are having plating done.
This December will be a year since I sent mine to him.
I expect to get an email any day now that it’s on its way. ( fingers crossed)

I would be concerned about the effects of the bake temp of powdercoating on the internal diaphram.
