Known as “Cooked”. This fearsome 1965 Chevrolet C10 Pickup Custom is a state-of-the-art build with a Roadster Shop chassis. It's powered by a Supercharged LSA V8 with 926HP and 4L80E automatic transmission. It was designed by Tristan Pengelly of Renderings by Tristan and built by Chris Cerce Customs. It was featured in the first issue of Truck Hub magazine which is included. The floor was extended 4” and the cab was widened 3” behind the seat to allow for more interior space. The body was laser leveled and all the panels were precisely gapped. The bed was widened to match the bodyline of the cab. It was finished in Porsche Carmine Red and the paint work is exceptional throughout. The tinted front windshield, vent windows and rear flush mounted window were replaced new. The front chrome bumper was narrowed and tucked. The rear chrome bumper was narrowed, flipped upside down and tucked. It's equipped with H4 LED headlights. The bed pockets were filled and rear bed tubs were fabricated to accommodate larger wheels. The entire rear bed was finished in matte Red and outfitted with authentic Zebra wood that was imported from Africa. The fuel filler was fabricated and concealed in the corner of the bed. It rolls on custom 20” Forgeline Grudge wheels that are wrapped with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires that are 285-30-20 on the front and 345-30-20 on the rear. Hermance Designs designed the complete interior and it was brought to life by JK Automotive. The interior appointments were fabricated, painted light brown and upholstered in Hydes tan leather. The dash is home to Classic Instruments gauges, headlights knob, wipers knob, ignition, Vintage Air conditioning control panel, Retrosound system and glove box. Some additional custom features include a Ron Francis wiring kit, Flaming River tilt column, CON2R 2-spoke steering wheel, power windows, cup holders, wireless cell phone charging station, USB ports, Lokar black pedals, German square weave carpeting and hidden map pockets. The highly detailed engine compartment was fabricated and painted. The heart of this C10 is a Supercharged LSA V8 engine that was built by Don Hardy Race Engines. The engine is a Chevrolet Performance LSA cast-aluminum block with six-bolt main, 4340 forged steel crank, 4340 H-beam rods, Diamond forged pistons and Dart LS3 PRO1 280cc aluminum heads. The engine was outfitted with a 2.9L Whipple Supercharger and Holley Dominator EFI system. The engine was dyno tested and produced 926HP. The engine was recently detuned to roughly 750hp which makes it more streetable. The engine specifications sheet and both dyno sheets are included. The engine was dressed with fabricated valve covers and a Billet Specialties Tru-Trac serpentine system. The engine is cooled by a fabricated radiator with dual SPAL electric fans. The engine breathes through stainless headers and a 3” exhaust system with Magnaflow mufflers. The engine is coupled to a new TCI Automotive GM 4L80E automatic transmission, Circle D Pro-Series billet converter and 3” billet driveshaft. The power is transferred to the pavement through the new Ford 9” rear end with Eaton Detroit Truetrac differential, Strange Engineering Pro-Series nodular iron third member, 31-spline axles and 3.55 gears. The undercarriage is also highly detailed and includes a new Roadster Shop Spec Series Chassis. It's equipped with a stainless fuel tank from Ricks Hot Rod Shop, Aeromotive 340 Stealth fuel pumps, power rack and pinion steering, front sway bar, tubular control upper control arms, boxed lower control arms, Wilwood Pro Spindles, 4-link rear suspension, Strange coilover shocks, Kugel Komponents master cylinder, Baer 14” drilled rotors with 6-piston black calipers and power operated emergency brake system. The engine, transmission, rear end and suspension were finished in Cerakote Cobalt. This truck has been completely serviced and detailed which is documented with an invoice that's included.
