Proving Ground test cars had similar Bowtie decals.

It’s coming along nicely, Tim. Just finishing up on the wiring and will then dress the engine compartment. Just got a call from my stainless/chrome guy and my plating is done….need to pick it up and (ugh) pay. I’m terrible at documenting the progress and posting pics. I’ve been taking short videos and sending to the original owner.

On a separate note, I’m thankful this project came with three tubs of NOS fasteners. I didn’t realize how hard it is to find some of these like speedometer cable clips as an example.

Looking for some ideas on my fan shroud. No damage other than scratches. Has anyone had any luck with reconditioning these?

I would try successive fine grades of wet dry sand paper on a block to attempt to smooth the gouges however I think you can not remove enough material to eliminate them.
another option
