772 cutch fan - dated D69 3947772
Hi Gang, as the title says, a D69 dated 772 fan.
It's a Genuine April 1969 dated 3947772 fan, but has two tweaked blades and a parts store or older aftermarket clutch which has resistance, but included just because, not guaranteed. Anyway, here's a real 772 clutch fan for a driver or flipper - it's got the date, just needs some work on the blades. Looks like original BY head marked bolts too maybe. Blades are aluminum of course and maybe it's easy to straighten them; maybe a paintless dent repair guru could do it? Hard to find the more popular dates anymore. 135.00 PPG shipped to the 48. Cheers all, Anthony |

Hi Gang, I tripped over this tonight and took another look at it...
Funny thing is that one of the blades is dated C while all the others are D... I suppose that this could happen if the blades are stamped individually before the fan is assembled, which I would guess is the likely process... so, there's bound to be a few fans maybe with abutting dated blades... I've never noticed one before, and I'm guessing it took handling this many before I noticed, or even thought of... Anyway, thought I'd call it out. |
