Default Need help to ID a Hurst shifter

I have no idea where or how long ago I picked this up and accordingly have no idea what it is for. I've used the numbers to search and come up with nothing. I can't even find a Hurst shifter number that starts with 4 ???
The handle is 10" long and curves back ~ 3.5" with fine threads for knob.
Well, now they post sideways... I rotated them on the card before I ever downloaded to the computer. They are upright in my file, but post sideways here...sigh

I tend to believe this was bought for a '67 GTO I built many years ago, but does anyone have an old catalog or list of part numbers for this shifter ? I'm very interested in all the applications. Doing further research I see there are part numbers on the arms themselves and the body #2083 comes up as being applicable with Ford shifters too. I'm going to clean the arms good and post the arm numbers too, in the hope this could be a learning tool for me, and others, with old shifters and, seemingly, no tangible documentation of what they were originally intended for.
