Default 69 RS Z28 Hugger Orange/White Houndstooth

Posting to document the car for future reference. I've come across this car locally during my search for a base coupe. Second time up for auction recently (didn't sell the first time) and it ends over this weekend. Nice car, a few things incorrect, but I have some doubts on the cowl tag (looks tampered with) and engine stamp.

The tag looks to have been damaged by heat or pressure. The data aligns with the VIN.

IMHO, original to the car.
