----It went from there to Minnesota and then to Bob Adams in Wisconsin, and then to Jerome Shinkay in Wisconsin. Jerome (RIP) was one of our best customers at Classic Motors with many, many, sales and multiple trades going on almost constantly. I sold Jerome my 69 L88 Corvette roadster (3500 original miles) before I went to work at Classic, and when I delivered it he also bought my car hauler. I know it was 1975 as I then went to Jack Douglas Chevrolet and bought a loaded 75 Corvette 4-speed convert (white with dark red gut). Had to get home to Cape Cod somehow!....Bill S

----What made it worse was that half way home to Cape Cod the windshield just cracked for no reason. Then when home I started really looking at the paint job and it had to have been the worst I hasd ever seen out of the factory. My local dealer that I did a bunch of business with agreed to repaint the whole car under warrantee. Therefore, a brand new Corvette had its second paint job within weeks of being driven off the dealer floor!....Bill S
