Default Slicks rubbing

Just put new 33x18.5 Hoosiers on. Same size in street tires worked fine. But these are rubbing in turns on the outside inner well. Doesn't look like air pressure will resolve it either. Short of putting it up on the lift and removing the wheels and hammering the inner wells, what options can I do?

Someone said to get a closet dowel rod or a wooden bat and roll it around the well with the tire as a guide and that may massage it enough. I don't think so.

Would it be safe to hammer on the inner wells? Really don't want to cut and weld them. This car is full tubbed already. Just needs like 1/2" clearance, When driving in turns, it allows the tire to flex enough to rub, only on the outer edge. More air psi would make it fatter, less would make it softer and flex more. Any ideas?

It has also created heat and bubbles the paint. Damage is done there, but I don't want to ruin the slicks too.

Is there any room on the inside that would allow you to run a different offset- maybe the 1/2" you need?

Yes but new rims are not an option right now. I was going to buy new double beadlock rims, but fun money ran out.
That whole damn Baylor U thing still going on, two more years.

No Sir. It's all the way up, shocks are adjusted all the way up. My only hope is to either roll the inner fender with the bat,
or get it up on the lift and hammer the inner wells.
