I just saw in some other pictures that the same tach in my gto ( gold bracket moroso) was used in other motion cars

you should try and contact Gary "the local brush" to see if he knows that car.

he did some of the custom work on the Motion cars and I think he had a C2 Corvette custom show car he built with a wild paint job that was in Cars magazine back in the day

Thanks for all the leads guys! This forum is great and very informative, I'm definitely going to contact Gary. . . .Couldve had a crazy paint job in the past. Strange thing is when we started blocking it down I found red, white, & blue paint under the black
