I do not believe that car was ever tubbed when Joel Rosen and Bill Mitchell ran it.

Impressive indeed, but also worth noting is that Joel Rosen ran consistent 11.1s (and set an AHRA record at 11.3s) on 7-inch tires in 1967 in the Baldwin-Motion/Motion Supercar Club/CARS Magazine '67 Camaro. It was powered by a stock L88 with single-four-barrel intake and headers. Granted it didn't have full power and AC, but we did sort it out in traffic on Sunrise Highway before going to the track. Let's hear it for the good old days! </div></div> &quot;WOW&quot; Joel Rosen ran consistent 11.1s on 7&quot; tires in 1967. &quot;Good Old Days&quot;.

I wonder what the commuters in their wagons and 4 doors thought seeing/hearing a high rpm clutch dump and seeing that car rocketing down a city street.

Where did the 396s go? Back to Baldwin or did Motion sell them.
