I agree with the broach mark on the block. The photo need to be clearer to determine authenticity or a good restoration block. The only item I am a little sceptical about is the stamps. The characters seem correct but usually the gang that hold the stamps is a little sloppy thus the numbers would not be so perfect to each other.
