Help with NICB report
I have bought several cars that came with a National Insurance Crime Bureau report which stated who the original selling dealer is. I have had everyone from law enforcement to insurance agents attempt to get an NICB report on my 69 COPO. Can anyone help with this? Thanks

These are now extremely tough to get for 2 reasons;
1. The insurance companies don't really have full access to the the NICB like they used to ( I am in the insurance business and beleive me I went the last mile finding out) 2. Police agencies still have access, but the privacy issues loom large now and whoever orders one now has to leave thier name, affiliation and reason for ordering which most people don't want to risk leaving that info.
