4053 Holley question ?
I noticed that the Holley on the 'Scayne has a bowl vent lever. (See picture) I'm curious if this is the correct base plate or not ?? I was thinking that it wasn't, but have been looking them up, and about 90% of the ones I see also have the lever.
 It just seems weird that it would have the lever without having the bowl vent.

Maybe your base came off a 4346, it's almost the same as a 4053. Can you even read the List # on the choke horn, the pic is very clear but kinda small. It just doesn't look like there is a number there...
