This is the #60 Nickey tribute car. Neat car, signed by Matt M & the guys from GMMG, Helen & Nancy Gibb, Ken Barnhart. Rare chance to own one of these cars, It's a Phase III. Saw the car myself, kinda leaves ya speechless in person.
