69-70 Chevelle Camaro SS Wheel Decode YA AO

I have a pair of "AO" wheels and a pair of "YA" wheels that came to me as a set of 4. I planned to post them for sale on this site but do not know how to decode the dates and would like to know what I have before selling.

The codes are as follows:


1) MI9 3 (Valve Stem) 27 YA

2) MI9 3 (Valve Stem) 27 YA

3) MI9 10 (Valve Stem) 28 AO

4) MI9 9 (Valve Stem) 24 AO
