I just heard from Bob. He said he is feeling better this week. Must be the nurses?

8 more treatments to go. The prayers, calls and emails are helping. Let's keep it up..

Sounds like they're focusing on keeping him hydrated after his episodes last week. And as for the nurses, I can't speak for all of them but I know his nutritionist. She grew up just down the street from me and was in my son's High School class. She's a doll!
They'll all take good care of Bob. He's a model patient!

Bob and Nancy stopped by at the shop yesterday and Annie and I were able to have a long relaxing conversation with them. All things considered, Bob looks great and his spirits were very high. Nancy was also in very high spirits though looking very tired. Two more weeks and they can both relax for awhile. It would be nice if Bob could eat or drink again as he has to get everything through a feeding tube. We will miss theirs and some of the other LaHarpe peoples visits but is sure has brought us closer to all of them. Heres to Bob's continued recovery!

Just spoke to Bob...he was waiting on some IV hookups and he sounded great. 7 more treatments and they get a break. He told me that none of his nurses looked like the ones I posted...but he did have a picture of his nurse getting him ready for a treatment...I think he said her name was "Nurse Ratchet"...Nancy jusy sent me this pic...

I haven't posted for a few days, as the "NURSE" thing was kind of scarey to me

!!!!! BOB has treatments today(Wednesday), Thursday, Friday, and the following Monday Feb. 9th. We all need to go that extra mile, that extra burst, that extra prayer, to help get him GOOD results. Spring is coming soon,and we want to get ready for a great year with our cars, and our friends, and we all are going to think positive for BOB LIONBERGER, and BOB and VICKI ASHTON!!!! All super people in our hobby, and we need to and will continue to as each new day comes. Lets ALL THINK POSITIVE, and get our good friends through these tough times. Again, keep letting BOB, BOB, and VICKI all know we are there for them, and that something GOOD is going to come their way.....GOOD things WILL happen to GOOD people! Now for you TOM W. "thank you" for noooooo mooooore NURSE pictures!
