Very cool video. Thanks for sharing.

Is it also true that Dan Gurney lapped Riverside in this car setting a new track record, breaking one that had been previously set by a Corvette?

Yes, Dan ran .8sec under Dave McDonald's Corvette lap record.

Thanks for posting those two last videos Tenney. I think Ed is pretty thrilled to own it. In this last video, you can see the tach on the column. That's the exact tach Dan raced it with in '61 and mounted in the same location he had it. The car wasn't ordered with a Chevy tach.
