Plasma cut a piece of HRS-3/8 to about 6-1/2" dia and added a 4-1/2" bolt circle to it and punched 5 holes that were a bit smaller then the knurled edge of a wheel stud. Pressed in the studs and welded a piece of 2-sch 40 to a piece of 3" flat bar. The flat bar length is almost the dia. of the rim (14 "
